Background
Cristina Trocin is a lecturer in Digital Business at Newcastle Business School (UK). She is the module leader for undergraduates and postgraduates courses such as Digital Business and Realising Value from Digital Business. Cristina is conducting research at the intersection of technology, work, and digital innovation. Currently, her research projects include the development and introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare organisations, Human Resources Management (HRM) and how this is changing the nature of work. She spent her post-doc at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and received the PhD in Management from Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Italy. Cristina is the treasurer of the CTO division at the Academy of Management (AoM) and the Program Committee Member for the 10th changing nature of work paper development workshop at the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS).
