Background

Sandra joined the Careers Service in 2019, having previously worked as a Careers Adviser on the National Careers Service contract for 6 years. Prior to this, Sandra worked within Information, Advice and Guidance as a Business Adviser across the North East and also within the Enterprise Centre at Newcastle University.

Role/ responsibility

Sandra is one of the Career and Employability Consultant's responsible for supporting the Faculty of Medical Sciences (covering Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy and Psychology). Sandra also supports Postgraduate Researchers (Medical Sciences), Research Staff and Postgraduate/ Postdoctoral Researchers. 

Qualifications

Level 7 - Postgraduate Certificate in Careers Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education (CEIGHE)

Level 4 - Diploma in Careers Information and Advice

BA Hons in International Relations
