Susan Turnbull

Information Assistant



Susan joined the Careers Service in August 2003. She had a variety of part time roles in different sectors whilst raising children before going back to college and returning to clerical work. She has worked as part of the clerical team for a number of years before joining the Information Team in June 2014.

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Information team, both Susan and Grace provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for anyone visiting the Careers Service Welcome Desk in person, by telephone or email.  They ascertain the needs of the users of the Service (students, graduates, employers, University staff and other enquirers) and, based on a thorough understanding of all Careers Service activities, make referrals to the appropriate information, services and facilities.
