Liz is a freelance researcher specialising in evidence-based economic development with a focus on the digital economy. She has extensive experience of place based collaborative research projects, analysis and report writing.
She has held positions on many university projects, including Social Inclusion in the Digital Economy, Ways of Being Digital and Beyond the Multiplex and prior to that was Senior Employment and Skills Analyst at One North East (the Regional Development Agency).
