Current Projects
Enhancing Dental Treatment Decisions for People Living with Dementia
The limitations in research evidence specific to people living with dementia means that treatment planning challenging for people who may be unwell, anxious or have cognitive impairment can be highly complex. This project aims to develop and test an approach to help people living with dementia, families/carers and dentists to make decisions together about providing dental treatment. This project is being supported by research collaboration within the Population Health Sciences Institute. More information is available at www.dentaldecisions.uk
