During the autumn of 2015, the University undertook its latest Equal Pay Review. Initial findings were considered by Staff Committee, and a full report was presented to Diversity Committee on 24 March 2016.
An equal pay review looks at pay and reward practices, policies and systems and to check for any unfair bias. It explores the reasons for any differences in the way people are rewarded and, where we think differences are not justified, to develop action to remove that difference. Information on the 2015 Equal Pay Review can be found here.
We are in the process of developing other diversity based staff networks. Details of these will be announced shortly and news of these posted on these pages. For more information please click the appropriate links or contact the HR Adviser (Equality & Diversity).
