If you are unable to use the online booking system please call our booking voicemail line 0191 208 6136 and leave a message with your name, contact details and the number of tickets you require. We will contact you to confirm your booking.

Attending the Concert

To avoid crowding, audience members are asked to arrive for events no earlier than 4.30pm. If you arrive before 4.30pm you may be asked to wait outside the building. We will still have some measures in place for our guests’ comfort: the use of face coverings is encouraged when moving around the building, along with regular hand washing/sanitising. Face coverings and sanitisation stations will be available at the event.

The nearest public car parks are at Claremont Road and Leazes Park Road. There is some limited on-street parking on Queen Victoria Road, Park Terrace and Kensington Terrace. There is no parking available outside the Armstrong Building.

Events Access & Inclusivity

The King's Hall is wheelchair accessible and has a hearing loop system. An accessible toilet is located nearby.

Due to building repair works the Queen Victoria Road entrance to the Armstrong Building is not in use. Building access is via The Quadrangle or via the King's Quad (step-free access).
