The Vice-Chancellor has rightly emphasised the importance of communication in reinforcing the University's mission and establishing an appropriate and productive working environment. The first is on basic principles and guidelines and the second (split into three categories) is a practical guide to communication protocols. The Vice-Chancellor is keen that we understand and act on both the strategic importance of communication and the practical importance of effective communication.
