Background

I developed an interest in genomics and NGS whilst at university, when working on a metagenomics research project. Since starting at the GCF in 2019, I have been involved in a number of exome and transcriptomic studies. I use the Illumina sequencing platforms (MiSeq, NextSeq, Novaseq) routinely, and offer training on Biorad's droplet digital PCR instrument.
