Staff Profile

My role is to maximise the recruitment of well-qualified undergraduate and postgraduate students to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Newcastle University.

I act as account manager for the School of Arts and Cultures as well as our Combined Honours and Philosophy programmes. This includes:

• analysing and monitoring admissions data to provide management information, spot trends and to highlight issues
• devising, implementing and evaluating strategic marketing plans in order to meet student recruitment targets
• identifying new marketing and student recruitment opportunities
• giving professional marketing advice and guidance.

I also lead on content strategy and email marketing for the Faculty and line manage two of our Marketing and Student Recruitment Officers.

I hold Email Marketing Certification, Inbound Certification, and Content Marketing Certification from Hubspot Academy.
