The Materiality of Ancient Greek Identities

The Materiality of Ancient Greek Identities

The event is an inter-disciplinary, international conference exploring identities in ancient Greece. The intended audience is post-graduate students, early career scholars and established academics.

Sessions include 20-minute papers and 5-minute lightning talks, intended to showcase the work of students in the earlier stages of their research.

The event has been facilitated by funding from the Institute of Classical Studies, MATCH, and the Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies.

There will be two keynote speakers, and we are delighted to confirm the first: Professor Robin Osborne (University of Cambridge), will discuss ‘Intersectional Dressing: Materialising Identities in the Ancient Greek World’.
