3 – 6 September 2018

We are delighted to host NuGO Week 2018 in Newcastle on 3- 6 September. The theme of the conference is "Mitochondria, Nutrition and Health".  Prof Doug Turnbull will be giving the opening Plenary ‌Lecture.

In addition, from 1 - 3 September we will be running a course for PhD students and early career researchers on the topic: ‘Temperature and Metabolism: Implications for nutrition studies’.

We will also run a workshop “Using a FAIR database for nutritional studies, to make data reusable” on 2 - 3 September 2018. This workshop will be held as a satellite meeting of NuGOweek 2018. It will provide hands-on experience of using the European Nutritional Phenotype Assessment and Data Sharing Initiative (ENPADASI) database to maximise the benefits of experimental studies in nutrition.
