'Protein for Life'
'Protein for Life' is a project funded by the research councils (BBSRC, MRC, EPSRC, ESRC) through the Priming Food Partnerships Initiative. The study is a collaborative project with Universities of Aberdeen, Sheffield, Liverpool and Bristol and led by Professor Emma Stevenson at Newcastle University. The study aims to tackle a public health issue that is of relevance to the food industry and is supported by seven industry stakeholder partners: Campden BRI, Sainsbury¹s, Nestle, Bradgate Bakery, Pladis, Premier Foods and Mondelez.
