• Purification of recombinant proteins from prokaryotic systems
• Expression and solubility tested via our matrix system, incorporating variable temperature conditions and selection of competent cells, followed by up to 10L/batch grow up
• Purification via Affinity, Ion Exchange, Hydrophobic Interaction, Hydroxyapatite and Size Exclusion Chromatography alongside Ammonium Sulphate Precipitation and Buffer Dialysis

Expected quantity is in approximately 50mg range, dependent on expression and solubility levels.
