The Student Progress Service is based in King's Gate on the Newcastle University Central Campus.

We offer a broad range of services to students, graduates and staff.

Our services cover the entire student life cycle and include support with:

• registration and the Student Self Service Portal (S3P)
• student visas, including Tier 4
• guidance for postgraduate research students
• circumstances affecting your studies, including Personal Extenuating Circumstances
• case work relating to policies, procedures and student regulations
• exams and congregations
• timetabling
