All documentation should be submitted to the appropriate Faculty Human Resources Manager via the Head of Academic Unit. The typeface to be used throughout is 11 point Arial.
The Academic Profile (AP) is a summary document that provides the candidate with the opportunity to provide an overview of the evidence of their academic achievements across all key work areas.
Upon completion the AP should be signed by both the candidate and the HoAU to verify that it is a true and accurate record.
It should be no longer than six sides of A4.

It is expected that the HoAU will nominate individuals who are best placed to comment upon the candidate's academic endeavours whilst demonstrating a sufficient degree of independence from their work.
