Description

These sessions focus primarily on the content and structure of a typical Master's dissertation. The session is divided into 4 parts: the first looks at the reasons why students are required to write a detailed research proposal. Sections 2-4 examine the introduction, literature review and methodology sections, which form the core content of these proposals in most Schools. Concepts such as identifying and occupying a research gap, criticality in the literature review and justifying the proposed research methods are explored in detail.
