Dr Renae Stefanetti
I completed my PhD at Deakin University, Australia in September 2014, which investigated the regulation of the primary protein degradation pathway in human skeletal muscle in response to divergent anabolic stimuli. I joined Newcastle University in late 2015 to pursuit my passion towards developing critical knowledge required to assess the beneficial role of exercise as a therapeutic intervention for sarcopenia and neuromuscular disease.
