Get the Outlook App

The Microsoft Outlook app is the easiest way to access university email on your phone or tablet.

Getting Setup

Once you've downloaded the app you can add your university account by following these steps:

  1. Tap Get Started if it's your first time or go to Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account
  2. Enter your full university email address (e.g. student: b6901063@newcastle.ac.uk staff: nmb45@newcastle.ac.uk), then tap Continue.
  3. You will then be taken to a university login page. Login with your university username and password to complete the setup.
