Service Catalogue

The Service Catalogue is a categorised list of the central services currently provided by the IT Service. For each service, it includes a description, details of how to request the service and where to go for support.

sc_core

Core Services
Core services are those which are provided by default to all members of the University.

sc_help

Help and Advice
These services provide help, advice, support and training.

sc_teaching

Teaching and Learning
These are the services provided to support teaching and learning activities.

sc_comms

Communication, Collaboration and Research
These are the services provided to support communication, collaboration and research activities.

sc_admins

Business and Administration
These are the services provided to support the University’s business and administration activities.

sc_tech

Technical Services
The technical services are restricted to certain technical users (or are AV and TV services, which might incur a charge).

sc_external

External Services
These are services provided to customers outside of the University.
