Service Desk Quality Mark

The Service Desk Certification (SDC) programme run by the Service Desk Institute (SDI) is the international standard for IT Service Desk quality.

Our IT Service has successfully held a 3 star quality mark since January 2015. It demonstrates our commitment to place staff and students’ needs at the heart of everything we do.

Our team was a finalist in the SDI 'Best Large Service Desk Award 2016'. The nomination recognises our high level of professionalism, excellence and commitment to the support of our University students and staff.
