Request process


If you are a member of University staff and would like to request our videoconference services we will:-

  1. Require you to complete and submit a videoconference request form
  2. Review your submission to confirm whether we are able to undertake your request
  3. Contact you to to notify you of our decision 


  • Our facilities are available for use by University staff only who require use for videoconferencing purposes related to University business
  • We will require contact information for each participating remote site in advance when completing our request form
  • We DO NOT permit food or drink  in either venue but there are areas outside of each space to allow customers to arrange their own refreshments.  Please contact us in advance if you would like to request the use of this facility.
