"Would it be possible to install more bike stands, if arriving later in day it is hard to find a space. Also, any chance the back entrance can be used by students? why do we have to scan out? You don't have to at the Robinson Library. I also think you should try to discourage, non-disabled s..." [full details]

"The signage here is insufficient. -'You are here' at info points would be helpful -directions to shelfmarks would be helpful -clear signs to exits would be helpful. I arrive at a floor in search of a book and do not know whether to turn left or right. This place is a labyrinth!..." [full details]

"Almost three weeks have now elapsed since it was agreed (see reply) to correct a gross English language mistake contained in notices prominently displayed in the Library. I would be grateful if it could be explained why no one at the University has yet felt able to undertake this correction...." [full details]

"Conspicuous notices on Level 2 read: Use SKYPE here ... or loan a laptop What is the meaning intended? Used as a verb, "loan" means "lend". Should the writer of the notice mean "borrow", the use of "loan" would be a language mistake at the most basic level and particularly embarrassing when..." [full details]
