Background
I am a research assistant and PhD student at the Population Health Sciences Institute, Newcastle University. My research lies within the area of improving people’s mental health across the life course, with a particular focus on young people. I am interested in both the development and evaluation of preventative interventions and treatment. My doctoral work focused on exploring how we can best involve the family to support young people with sub-threshold levels of co-occurring alcohol use and mental health problems.
