Introduction
My main interest is in business outreach and primarily this is achieved by Technology Transfer using KTP projects with companies in the Food and Drink sector. Their main theme is around innovation within new product development projects. I am a member of the expert panel supporting members of Taste North East the portal for the regional food group in North East England.
I supervise industrial placements for Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Science, Food and Human Nutrition and Food Marketing and Nutrition students.
