Project description

I am a NERC-funded PhD student investigating the ecological impacts of artificial light at night on moth communities.

I will undertake fieldwork and DNA metabarcoding to construct ecological networks, as well as novel analysis of existing long-term datasets.

The project is a partnership with Newcastle University and Centre for Ecology & Hydrology and Butterfly Conservation.

My Newcastle supervisor is Dr Darren Evans (NCL Network Ecology group).
