Background

Introduction:

I,  joined NuMed in August 2018 in the position of senior lecturer non clinical. I am involved in teaching year 1, year 2 and year 4 students. I did my MBBS and postgraduate in pathology from Nepal. Before coming to NuMed, I was working in one of the medical colleges of Nepal as an Assistant professor in the department of pathology, which involved teaching the undergraduate medical students as well as practicing pathology in the clinical laboratory. 

 Qualifications: 

MBBS – B.P Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan, Nepal

MD in Pathology – National Academy of Medical Sciences, Kathmandu, Nepal 

 

Teaching

MBBS Year 1 & 2

  • Lead for case 11

  • Delivering lectures on pathology

  • Conducting seminars in clinical reasoning

  • Conducting practical sessions in histology and clinical skill laboratory

MBBS Year 4

  • Involved in delivering lectures and seminars in CSIM 2 module
