Background
Dr. Antonio completed his five year residency training in General Surgery in the Philippines in 2004 and has been doing teaching and clinical practice since then. In 2010, he came to Malaysia as a senior lecturer in one of the medical schools in Penang. He later joined NUMed in 2013 as one of the senior clinical lecturers of the school.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high quality teaching, learning materials, resources and activities across all stages of the NUMed MBBS curriculum
- Reinforce and enhance the student experience by providing timely, sound support & effective feedback to the students
- Plan, design, develop and facilitate the Simulation Based Medical Education Programme of NUMed to help improve and complement classroom based teaching across all stages of the MBBS curriculum
