If there is a discrepancy of more than 10% in the two marks a third marker is appointed. In addition the external examiner may read all dissertations and have the opportunity to interview all students and during this time assess their performance on the project.
The submission of a dissertation is an appropriate way to assess the learning outcomes stated.
The poster session enables students to show effective communication strategies.
