Participants needed

Do you feel as if you have an unhealthy relationship with food and/or your body? Do you want to improve this relationship and do not know where to start?

Participants needed to take part in a web-based six-week guided programme as part of a Masters Degree research study.

Interoceptive awareness is how our bodies communicate with us. It is the system that relays information that is coming from our tissues, cells and organs. This includes how we know when we are hungry, full or thirsty. Internal body signals and their appraisals also play a crucial role for our emotional experiences. The purpose of this study is to see how your interoceptive and intuitive eating abilities change over the duration of the programme. The study also wants to assess whether your overall well-being changes.

Whilst the programme is part of a research study, it also holds may valuable tools, which you can continue to use beyond the study, to help you expand your intuition and relate differently to your body and food.
