Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Trust (NuTH) worked with Newcastle University's School of Geography, Politics and Sociology and the Institute of Cellular Medicine on this KTP.

NuTH wanted to improve their existing mechanisms for patients to express feedback on the services they received. This feedback would inform future service reviews.
