Research Networks Administrator

I am a Project Co-ordinator and manage a number of projects within the School of Engineering.

I manage the eFutures Network which is an EPSRC network for UK academics and industry led by Professor Roger Woods at Queens Univeristy Belfast and the Co-I is Professor Anthony O'Neill here at Newcastle University.  The network aims to establish new cross-disciplinary research projects and collaborations.

I also manage the USMART Project which is a three year, £1.3M collaboration between Newcastle University, Heriot-Watt University and the University of York to develop affordable technology for large scale, smart wireless sensing networks to be deployed in the oceans, led by Jeff Neasham at Newcastle University in the School of Engineering.

I also manage the BE:WISE Facility (the largest wastewater treatment research facility in Europe), which is led by Dr Russell Davenport. I have established a Facilities Online Management System which is used by industry and academics globally.
