Background	Paul has worked in Education-based Administration and Quality Assurance roles since 2001, having worked for the AQA Awarding Body as part of the Key Stage North team (2001-2005), then for Newcastle College as an Exams Officer (2005-2012), and as a Quality and Compliance Co-Ordinator (2012-2019). Paul joined the SAgE Education Team in April 2019.
