Marine Science Masterclasses – Alien Invasions

Return to Teachers Toolkit Search

Description:

This practical one-day masterclass introduces pupils some of the human impacts on the marine environment. This class focuses on marine invasive species and how we can potentially manage the problems they cause. Pupils will handle marine creatures. They will also use our specialised microscopes to have closer look at the mini beasts found on our shores.

We challenge pupils to help us solve this global problem.
