Use the Museum’s osteology collection to investigate what skeletons are and what they do.

Students will examine a range of skeletons, including human, reptile, fish, bird and mammal. They will name some major bones and investigate how different parts of the skeletons (such as teeth, skull and legs) are adapted for the animal’s habitat, diet and lifestyle.
