Background

Introduction

I work within Newcastle University in Singapore supporting all IT systems and services in across three sites, NewRIIS, NUInternational Singapore at Nanyang Polytechnic and NUInternational Singapore at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I started work within the School of Civil Engineering and Geosciences as an IT apprentice in 2005.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of AV, telephony, networking and managed desktops within Newcastle University in Singapore.

Currently studying towards BSc (Honours) Computing and IT.

HNC in ICT, university of Northumbria 2010.

Advanced Apprenticeship in IT Services and Development, North East Chamber of Commerce, 2007

BTEC Level 3 for ICT Practitioners, Gateshead College 2006.

ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, 2014.
