Professor Yanzhao Tang, Xiamen University

In this seminar, Prof. Tang will examine some intricate mechanisms within a technological entrepreneurial incubate chain at China Academy of Science & Technology Development.

Through the case analysis Prof. Tang has found that:

  1. each stage of the technological entrepreneurial incubate chain provides "buffer" or "bridging" incubation service to the enterprises according to the demand of the life cycle, which forms a match between supply and demand of internal incubation mechanism
  2. each stage of the incubation makes the incubating enterprises flow reasonably by the screening mechanism of enter and exit, and ensures the integrity of the chain by the organic coupling
  3. the internal reasonable flow and external coupling make the science and technology business incubate chain operate completely
