University policy governing the immigration sponsorship, and registration, of non-EEA students

As a Tier 4 Sponsor, Newcastle University is required to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to ensure immigration compliance across the student community. As such, the University has developed its own internal policy relating to circumstances under which Tier 4 sponsorship may be offered and withdrawn, as well as documentary requirements relating to the registration process at the University.

University's policy on the sponsorship of International students for visa purposes

It is important to note that whilst the University will endeavour to support prospective and registered students with their immigration requirements for academic purposes, Tier 4 sponsorship is not guaranteed in all circumstances. For further information, you should familiarise yourself with the above document and contact the Visa Support Team if you currently have any doubts about your circumstances.
