University Mental Health Awareness Day: Encouraging Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing

We understand that there are many different elements which contribute to healthy universities.  This event is being held to encourage students to connect with people, be more active, take notice of their surroundings, keep learning and give something back, all behaviours that truly promote a healthy university and encourage positive mental health and wellbeing.
