Interaction Team

The Interaction Team are a first point of contact for many of the enquiries made relating to Student Services from prospective students, current students, staff and other customers.

The enquiries are received predominantly through our web enquiry forms (below), email, telephone and face to face via the Helpdesk on Level 2 of the King’s Gate Building. We aim to process many of the enquiries within the Interaction Team but where appropriate will pass these onto our specialist colleagues within the University.

University Switchboard

The Interaction Team manages the University Switchboard between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays and Closure Days).
