Lucy Brace

Roles and Responsibilities

I work here in the student wellbeing service as a therapist and have worked with students in higher education for nearly three years now. My main role as a therapist includes short term work with students individually, however I have started delivering wellbeing presentations focusing on building resilience to cope with stress. My training was to become an integrative  psychotherapist however my core model is  in transactional analysis.  In the past I have worked privately  as a therapist delivering longer term psychotherapy. Prior to becoming a therapist I worked in the field of mental health for 10 years.
