5 Days for 5 Ways
Following a five day programme, the Student Health and Wellbeing Service offer a focus on the principles of The Five Ways to Wellbeing.

Research has shown that including these five steps in our daily lives can help to improve and maintain our overall wellbeing. Each day throughout the week, we will focus on one of these steps, exploring how our services and resources can help students to engage with each principle and ways in which our University community is doing so.
