Aims
This module aims to provide students with fundamental concepts and tools to analyze and solve complex financial problems arising in a business environment.
Outline Of Syllabus
Examples for possible topics include investment decision, capital structure and pay-out decision, and merger and acquisition.

1. Understand and explain fundamental concepts of corporate financing decision,
