QR code use in emails

We have identified that any emails which include a QR code may be blocked by our email client resulting in these emails not being sent to recipients

This includes QR codes in the body of an email and in any users signature

In order for emails to be delivered successfully, we strongly recommend that any QR codes are not included in the body of an email and are removed from any signatures you may have set up
