This depends on what category of Library user you are.

Undergraduates - 25 per year
Postgraduates, Staff, Associate and NHS members - 50 per year

If you wish to exceed your quota please ask at the desk. Normally you will need to make an appointment with your Liaison Librarian to discuss your needs.

Note: You can purchase and submit as many requests as you wish, as long as you do not exceed your annual quota.

External users can not use the ILL service. They should approach their local lending library, alternatively they can use the British Library's Articles Direct Service. Articles can be requested by phone, email or fax.
