Library passwords

Students - this is your student number. We recommend you change it as soon as possible.

Staff and other library users - you should have received your password when you first joined the Library. If you didn't or have forgotten it, you can ask a member of staff on the main counters in the Robinson, Law or Walton Libraries or the Information desks in the Robinson Library.

Once you have logged into the catalogue you can go to My Account and

  • See which items you have on loan
  • Check when they are due back
  • See whether you have any overdue books or outstanding overdue charges
  • Reserve items which are on loan to other readers
  • Renew books which you have on loan
  • See what Bookings (Robinson Library STC) you have made.
  • Submit and check the progress of your Interlibrary loans
How to Change your Password
To change your password you will need to know what your original password is. If you have forgotten it you can ask a member of staff at the Issue or Information Desks. Then just log in to the catalogue, click on My Account then Password and follow the instructions
