Register for ICPR-AEM 2026 and explore fees, attendance options and key information.

Due to an issue with our webstore, registration requests cannot currently be processed.
We expect this to be resolved in the next few days and will update this page once the service is restored.
Please note that all registration requests must be submitted via the webstore and cannot be processed by email or telephone.

Main conference
The main conference registration fee includes access to:
- the scientific programe
- lunches
- coffee breaks
- the social event
- the gala dinner
At least one of the authors of each accepted submission must register for the main conference.
Fees

| PhD student delegate* | £250 | £350 |
*PhD students must provide a certificate/letter from their supervisors confirming their status to complete their registration.
Certificates/letters should be sent to business.events@newcastle.ac.uk as part of the registration process.
Other activities
The following activities can be booked separately and are open to participants who wish to attend these specific elements of the conference only.
You do not need to register for the main conference to attend these events.
Fees

Please note: participants registering only for the gala dinner and social events cannot attend the scientific conference programme or the associated lunches and coffee breaks.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted via e-mail to icpr.aem2026@newcastle.ac.uk before 13th April 2026.
Eligible on time requests will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after 13th April 2026 are non-refundable.
No-shows are not refundable.
