Submissions
The Organising Committee welcomes the submission of high-quality abstracts for oral presentations, focusing on a wide variety of topics.
Abstract deadline
All authors must submit their abstracts by 31 January 2026.
If an abstract is accepted, the co-authors must:
- register and attend the conference
- make a further submission of a full paper, revised abstract or poster
Abstract format and guidelines
All abstract submissions must:
- represent original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere
- be written in English
- be in PDF format
- have been reviewed and approved by all co-authors
- adhere to ethical guidelines for research and publication
The abstract must adhere to the formatting in the sample abstract.
Further submissions
Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors must make a further submission in order to be able to attend the conference.
There are two options available:
Full papers
To publish your work in the conference proceedings and deliver an oral presentation, please submit a full paper.
Full papers must:
- use the official template
- not exceed six (6) pages, including references

Oral and poster presentations
To present your research without publication, you may submit either:
- a revised abstract for an oral presentation, or
- a poster for a poster presentation.
