Submissions

The Organising Committee welcomes the submission of high-quality abstracts for oral presentations, focusing on a wide variety of topics.

Submission guidelines

All submissions must:

  • represent original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere
  • be written in English
  • be in PDF format 
  • have been reviewed and approved by all co-authors
  • adhere to ethical guidelines for research and publication

Abstract submissions

All authors must submit their abstracts by 1 January 2026.

The abstract must adhere to the formatting as set out in the abstract guidelines.


Attendance

If an abstract is accepted, the co-authors must:

  • register and attend the conference
  • make a further submission of a full paper, revised abstract or poster

Further submissions

Two options are available:

Full papers

To publish your work in the conference proceedings and deliver an oral presentation, please submit a full paper.

Full papers must:

  • use the official template
  • not exceed six (6) pages, including references

Oral and poster presentations

To present your research without publication, you may submit either:

  • a revised abstract for an oral presentation, or
  • a poster for a poster presentation.
