accommodation that o ers reater

independence, we have a lar e

supply of alternative accommodation

options in the private sector, from

purpose-built residential blocks to

smaller individual properties that

can house up to ei ht students

with shared bathroom facilities.

These are mostly based in popular

student areas such as Jesmond,

Heaton, Sandyford and Fenham.

Most private accommodation

providers require a deposit at the

point of si n-up. If you are unable

to provide a rent uarantor, you

will most likely be required to pay

the full rent in advance. Many

providers also char e administration

fees, so you should ensure you

are aware of all the terms and

conditions and any upfront costs

before committin to a contract.
