Background

Chris joined the Careers Service in August 2012 with a background in HR and graduate recruitment, having been head of recruitment for Procter & Gamble (P&G) in its UK/Ireland and Nordic markets. As part of this role he was also an active member of the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR), with particular involvement in the FMCG sector group. Prior to this Chris worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for P&G . 

Roles and Responsibilities

Chris leads the university's team of Careers Advisers who provide career management support for all students and academic departments across the institution. As a member of the Careers Service management team he contributes to the strategic planning of the Service and the delivery of the institution's employability strategy. Chris also retains a practitioner caseload as the careers adviser linked to the school of Civil Engineering and Geosciences.

PGDip Career Education, Information and Guidance in Higher Education, University of Warwick

BEng (Hons) Chemical Engineering, Strathclyde University

Level A BPS Test User (Occupational: Ability)
